December 1999. Released The Perl Program Trading Kit, an open-source framework for developing, testing, and operating trading systems using Perl.

December 1999. Launched QFPerl, a Perl 5 wrapper module for QFeed, Quote.com's excellent online data feed, for the ActiveState port of Perl 5 (version 5.005_02 build 509 and higher) for Microsoft Windows machines.

July 1999. Added Finance::Options Perl module distribution and on-line documentation.

May 1999. Started Perl Option Pricing Project.
